QuickBooks Unrecoverable Error Code and How to Fix

.QuickBooks Unrecoverable Error XXXXX XXXXX has faced a problem and needs to close. No Company Open window, open the QuickBooks file while holding the ALT key on your keyboard and displays out of 50 unique numeric error codes. The error codes consist of 10 digits that get displayed as ‘5 digits <space> 5 digits’ sequence (xxxxx xxxxx).For Example 3756 27337,19976 87157.

To prevent QuickBooks from attempting to re-open all the windows (open the left at the last logout) when the process is started; to do this:

1. While pressing the Alt key, Double-click on the QuickBooks Icon

    If ask for your User password:

    a. Release the Alt key on your keyboard;

    b. Enter your password, click OK;

    c. Press the Alt key again while the file continues to open.

2. Release the Alt key only after the file is completely open.

(Note: When a file is open or you can change any "My preference setting"  Always 'close all windows' inside QuickBooks before you log out .)

   Still, your Company files not be opened using any user’s log-in, then we should try that QuickBooks can open a 'sample file' with closed QuickBooks.  

1. Double-click the QuickBooks icon, and then immediately hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard.

2. Keep the CTRL key held down until QuickBooks opens the No Company Open screen.

3. Click the Open a sample file button, Once you are in the No Company Open screen,

4. Pick Out any of the sample company files in the list. (Note: If asked  sample file to restore and update, click Yes.)

If your company file never opened, but any of the sample files open, this Commonly means that your Company (QBW) file is damaged; however, in some Scenarios it could be an issue with either the QBW.tlg or the QBW.nd files (that are companions to your Company file); however these Issue are usually reported with an error message other than an Unrecoverable Error.
